Investigation On Safety Supervision And Management Of Nongjiale Food And Beverage In Longquanyi District

The leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Sichuan Province have entertained billions of visitors in total and the tourism revenue totaled 67.58 billion yuan.In addition to the income from cash crops,the leisure agriculture and rural tourism have become main source of income in the rural areas of Sichuan Province.In the Longquanyi District,the largest area of loquat planting in China,the economic chain of the farmhouse resort of has replaced the traditional farming economy and has become the main force to boost the local economies.Due to the fast pace of urban life and the heavy pollution in urban area,the farmhouse resort has become a new form of tourism and leisure.The farmhouse catering has also become the fast-growing and the most dynamic tourism industry in the tourism economy.However,because the tourism industry has some innate features such as the concentration of people,seasonality and regional characteristics,the farmhouse resort has increasingly become a high-risk zone of food safety in the catering industry.Through the survey and data statistics,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the food safety problems existed in the farm industry of the Loquat Village in Longquanyi District of Chengdu.And from the aspects of government,enterprises,medium and consumers,this paper discusses the improvement of the food safety of the scenic spots and the public health management to reduce the risk of the foodborne diseases.The way this paper develops is shown as follows:based on the theory of new public management,this paper starts from the background of food safety risk of the catering in scenic spots of Longquanyi District,and combined with the theoretical and practical significance of national and local food safety management regulations and policies,the research question of this paper is brought forward.At the same time,through the description of the current research status at home and abroad,this paper clearly analyzes the research model,research contents and research objects.This paper follows the general research methods and patterns,from finding problems,analyzing problems to solving problems,and adopts various research methods such as documents collection and logical reasoning.Based on the practical problems of food safety management of the farmhouse resort in Longquanyi District,this chapter makes a countermeasure analysis.That is to establish an effective food safety management mechanism in line with local conditions and to improve the core competitiveness of the tourism-related products of the farmhouse resort,like the Loquat Village,in Longquanyi District.
