Food safety risk frequent outbreaks,the food industry has important implications for strategy development.It allows consumers to increasing attention to food safety issues and concerns,food safety risks,develop from a variety of factors.Europe,developed after long-term of exploration practice,gradually established up has more perfect of food security management system,can timely to warning food security problem of outbreak,and take necessary of measures be intervention,and disposal,and on interests by infringement party for compensation,on responsibility party for Chase accountability,as American has established up of to rich of practice experience for features of perfect of management system.Due to China in food security problem of disposal solution field,lack effective of management mechanism,related legislation lack refinement and can operation sex,government level even has solution problem of sincerity and determination,but experience of lack,system of constraints,coupled with social integrity moral of missing,led to China in recent years various food security problem frequency sent,serious to threat to citizens body health,vital interests,also on social economic development produced has is negative of effect.China's food safety management has increasingly become core of the social scale,community calls for strengthening the capacity of food safety management in China.This paper firstly sorts out the basic methods of food safety management: food safety management,legal management,indirect management,target management and industry promotion management.On this basis,the author reviews the history of food safety administration in our country,the administrative system in charge of food safety,the legal system of food safety and the development of food standardization,summarizes the current situation of food safety management in China,analyzes the existing problems in food safety management in our country,Such as management philosophy has not been able to advance with the times,there is a multi-management led to the main body of the responsibility is not clear,and management of the regulatory system is not perfect,the reasons for these problems are analyzed and summarized,such as management interests between the game management problems,local government management In the "umbrella" phenomenon,as well as decentralized management of agricultural produce blank production.Secondly,this dissertation summarizes the centralized food safety management mode in Canada and Denmark,and the decentralized food safety management mode in the United States and Japan.Drawing on the successful experience of these countries in food safety regulation,this essay analyzes China's food safety management Model to provide lessons learned.In the end,this paper focuses on three aspects: perfecting the laws and regulations of food safety management,clarifying the objectives and subjects of food safety management,combing the contents of food safety management,and constructing the strategy of food safety management system.This paper expounds the construction of food safety management suitable for the current situation of food safety management in China.
