Research On Food Safety Management Of Daming County

Food is the paramount necessity of the people.Food safety is the most basic,the most important livelihood.We must pay more attention to the food safety,the mission is more important than the mountain Tai.Based on the thinking about the problems of food safety management,this paper analyses the Daming County food safety management status,combined with Daming County current food security situation,from the perspective of enterprise,government and regulators and the public reasons analyzed the main problems of the county.As for the company,analysis of the causes from the implement the main responsibility for food production and processing level,the sense of social responsibility and sense of integrity,quality management system,the implementation of the quality control and management,system of food production operators and the quality of employees and other aspects.In terms of government regulation,from the perspective of regulatory system,regulatory capacity,food sampling inspection,etc.In the aspect of public participation,the problem of public participation in food safety supervision has been deeply discussed.Through investigation and research,combined with the actual development of Daming County,the author from the enterprise,the government supervision system construction,social governance and so on,the system put forward the name of the food safety management countermeasures and suggestions.For food production enterprises,the proposed enterprise development of advanced enterprise culture,strengthen social responsibility awareness,strengthen internal management,improve food safety control system.In the government and regulators,put forward to strengthen the supervision system and the responsibility system,technical support system,construction industry service system and improve the food safety laws and regulations construction,and improve the enterprise credit system construction,improve social governance aspects of scientific decision-making for local government.
