Using the theory of strategic management, it studies the corporation competitive strategy of Chongqing Huaxiang cable Co.Ltd with its own characters.Firstly, through analyzing macro-economy, technology, policy and instrial competitive factors, it discovers the threaten factors and developmental opportunities, find out the outer key factor which influence the development of the corporation, use 'EFE' to estimate the efficiency of corporation's reaction to the outer key factor.Meanwhile, analyzingtheinner organization structure, financial management, business development and human resourses comprehensively,and using 'IFE' to evaluate the inner advantages and disadvantages of the coropation as well. Then match the inner and outer key factors, imply four types of strategies: SO, ST, WO and WT; Using 'SPACE' to analyze and evaluate corportion's current strategic position and action policy, eatablish the mission and long-medium term target, the strategic style and specific that the corportion should apply.The final concluion is: the development strategies of Huaxiang is torsional strategies, backward integration, diversification strategies and market development. The strategies should be operated in term of optimizing organization structure, cultivate core competencies, and eastablish corporation culture adapt for strategies, etc.
