Strategic management is based on future environmental trends as a basis for decision-making, the company managers attach importance to the business environment, to correctly determine the direction of the company, select the company’s business areas or product-market segments and in better to grasp the opportunities offered by the external environment.In this thesis, It can make a clear idea of the company’s strategic management by researching the strategic management theory and its development trend.we expect the future of China’s economy will show a slowdown in long-term growth trend, the economic slowdown and austerity policy of tolerance, improved focus on quality and efficiency;By analyzing the external environment of the company, we can vigorously develop the bottle for the development of the company business by combining with our strengths and weaknesses analysis.Industry and competitive environment, the upstream industry is facing raw material prices, energy price volatility and market risk of increased competition. Volume and price of the liquor industry in the downstream industry go up; the wine industry is still growing, market space, the competition of imported wine and domestic wine in the price of misplaced, it is difficult to form a larger impact; beer consumption per capita has reached the world average.the total growth rate should be maintained at a relatively low level, industry concentration accelerated after the the profitability release of the stability of the industry competition pattern.Through internal and external environmental analysis, combined with the company vision, mission and development objectives, choose to develop the company’s overall development strategy2012-2014to achieve the upgrading of products, the production of ordinary green beer bottles and shaped bottles of white beer bottles and low-grade white material, and gradually adjust to the production of high-end green materials beer bottles and high-end liquor.
