This study aims to develop a competitive strategy for Covalen Solutions,an outsourcing enterprise.The objectives of this study include reviewing relevant theories and research progress on outsourcing,analyzing the internal and external environment faced by Covalen Solutions,and deriving competitive strategies that can be implemented by the company.A quantitative and cross-sectional Correlation Research Design was employed for the study,with data collected through interviews and questionnaires targeting 19 respondents,including top management and junior staff of Covalen Solutions.The findings reveal that Covalen Solutions faces various external environmental factors,including increased sales,reduced competition,technological advancements,increased consumer interest,competition from existing competitors,threats from potential entrants,and bargaining power of suppliers and buyers,and threats of substitutes.The internal environment factors include good customer care,a large customer base,strong human resources,data resources,strong technical capability,strong corporate culture,weak marketing plans,lack of innovation,customer resources,overdependence on sales,and limited diversity.The best competitive strategy for Covalen Solutions to thrive in the industry is to implement the current company competition and operation strategy robustly and develop corresponding policies and plans,hire qualified and expert teams,improve advertisement,draw an innovation plan,and enhance staff training to improve human resource negotiation ability.The company should also design the latest technology adaptation policies and plans,ensure a strong technical capability by constantly updating and utilizing the most recent and diverse technologies,maintain standard and fair prices,and strengthen the CRM program to increase customer loyalty.The company should also diversify its products and services and expand quality services to cover a wider area,increase the customer base,and sales.By exploring the strengths and weaknesses of outsourcing as a strategic management tool and utilizing six critical factors of outsourcing,this study can assist Covalen Solutions and other outsourcing enterprises in analyzing their internal and external environment and devising targeted competition strategies to participate in market competition more effectively.
