In recent years,driven by the development of social consumption concept and capital,the takeout catering industry has rapidly developed to the county-level administrative region.ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd.is a catering enterprise engaged in take-out management services.In recent years,under the influence of changes in market demand environment and capital promotion and other factors,the competitive environment faced by the company has changed significantly.Therefore,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of enterprises to develop competitive strategies with the times.In order to help ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd.develop a competitive strategy that is more suitable for its development needs,this thesis uses literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods to carry out research under the guidance of relevant theories of enterprise competitive strategy.This thesis consists of seven chapters,the main contents of which are as follows: Chapter I,Introduction,summarizes the research background,significance,content,methods,and research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad;The second chapter,the related theories of competitive strategy,focuses on Porter’s three competitive strategy theories,value chain theory,and common strategic management analysis tools;The third chapter is the analysis of the external environment of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd;Chapter IV: Analysis of the internal environment of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd;The fifth chapter is the formulation of the competitive strategy of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd;Chapter 6,the implementation and control of the competitive strategy of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd;Chapter 7 summarizes the research results and puts forward the prospects for further exploration.The main conclusions are as follows: The score of cost-leading competitive strategy is 3.700 points among various alternative competitive strategies,which is higher than other alternative competitive strategies.Therefore,the cost-leading competitive strategy should be given priority when selecting the competitive strategy of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd.,that is,to further strengthen the cost control of enterprise operation,to win the market with lower comprehensive costs,and to promote the expansion growth of enterprises,Achieve the strategic mission and objectives of enterprise development and create higher benefits for enterprise stakeholders.In order to promote the implementation of the cost-leading competitive strategy of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd.,it is necessary to improve the procurement management to reduce the procurement cost,expand the business scope to reduce the operating cost,give play to the experience curve effect to reduce the human capital cost per unit output value,and improve the internal coordination to reduce the management cost.Since ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd.needs the support of various resources in the process of promoting the implementation of the cost-leading competitive strategy,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the competitive strategy,this thesis constructs a guarantee system from the following dimensions:the organizational guarantee for the implementation of the low-cost competitive strategy,the cultural guarantee for the implementation of the low-cost competitive strategy,and the informatization and financial guarantee for the implementation of the low-cost competitive strategy.The research results of this thesis can further enrich the theoretical exploration on the issue of competitive strategy formulation of catering service enterprises at the theoretical level,provide direct reference for the determination and implementation of competitive strategy of ZPRD Catering Service Co.,Ltd.,and also have certain reference value in guiding the formulation and implementation of competitive strategy of similar catering service enterprises.
