The automobile industry's position in the national economy changes more and more important, has become an indispensable force for economic growth. However, with the rapid development of the economy and economic globalization, with the development of information technology and increasingly competitive market, automotive OEMs are faced with the double at home and abroad at the same time the pressure of competition, resource prices and sales prices to continuously reduce, the conflict between the more and more serious, and this contradiction will undoubtedly pass on components supplier, therefore, the use of information tools for enterprises to change the existing unreasonable process, improve work efficiency, to make this contradiction minimize particularly important.I worked for many years in the enterprise, due to the increase in their level of knowledge and work experience, were found in the work that so many processes which have some problem. Responsible for the company and verify their own knowledge, so in this article through the implementation of the recycling program, enterprises can bring some benefit and improvement.The viability of enterprises and development are the basis of its invincible, BPR (Business Process Reengineering - BPR) from the time, cost, quality, service, speed, and the environment for enterprise business processes the original and thoroughly consider the fundamental recycling, so that they reflect elements of the competitiveness of enterprises has been significant improvement. Business Process Re-engineering is a kind of modern management thought and methods.The use of lean production for JIT, zero inventory, a stream of production and automation, advanced production management tools to enable business process flow, and integrated, digital, optimize the allocation of resources to improve the management level of enterprises, and promote innovation in business management, to modernization of management. More and more enterprises, especially multinational corporations, has its own so-called productivity system, its core is nothing but an effective use of resources, increase productivity, enhance corporate image, of course, the standardization of enterprise management is also a considerable role.In the course of this article, the use of observational and theoretical research, systems analysis and qualitative analysis methods, in the reading and analysis of a large number of documents on the basis of the Changchun LEONI through analysis of existing processes and the application of science methods of research and inductive derivation, a systematic study of lean production in Changchun LEONI of the Business Process Reengineering.In this paper, first of all put forward a research background and practical significance, based on this research identified the main contents and methods and outlined the framework of the structure of the whole article; Secondly, show theory of lean manufacturing and Business Process Reengineering and development of internal, analysis of Lean Production and Business Process Re-engineering of the interaction; And analysis of LEONI Changchun situation with the industry and the Conservancy; an analysis of the original LEONI Changchun productivity and application system and to explore the significance of the process reengineering and objectives; to made LEONI Changchun Business Process Re-engineering solutions; Finally, to evaluate process. In the whole process of thesis writing, and always to lean thinking and the principles of Process Re-engineering the main line, through a combination of theory and practice, step by step, systematically, step by step level to start the layout of the entire article, reasonable, and inter-related both foreshadowing, and summing up, it should be said very clearly organized.In a Word,this article seeks to approach the adoption of Lean thinking and the application of a unique path for the development of the enterprise Business Process Re-engineering the road. However, due to the limited level of the author, at the time of writing process, some of the problems of ways and means of proof may not be very accurate in place may not be appropriate in some places, so that the process of reading may be found in many places not perfect, I hope experts, scholars and readers of this article to give correction.
