Research On The Application Of Lean Production In Manufacturing Process Of H Company

In this paper, the production process of Basin Type Rubber Support products of H Company is studied as the research object. Considering the company’s product characteristics and the theories of related fields, the application of Lean Production in H Company was optimized, then it was applied in the fitting shop of Basin Type Rubber Support products. This research has strong practical significance.Firstly, the concept, characteristics, principles and basic methods of Lean Production are introduced on the basis of related theories in China and abroad, then the advantages of Lean Production were summarized. Secondly, the existing problems in the production process of H Company are put forward by analyzing the production process of Basin Type Rubber Support products, then the application of Lean Production is determined in order to solve these problems. The feasibility of implementing Lean Production is studied from the flowing three aspects: The company’s production platform; Senior management; The team members of implementing Lean Production. Thirdly, the organizational structure of the company is optimized, the study of production line balancing, the establishment of quality correction and error proofing system and the 5S of production site are pushed forward. The overall implementation process of Lean Production in H Company is obtained through deep analysis of Lean Production and production process. Finally, Lean Production is implemented in the fitting shop of H Company for Basin Type Rubber Support of KTPZ. The production efficiency is improved,the loss caused by waste is reduced and the competitiveness of H Company is enhanced.
