With the fast development of the global economy, competition of business turns critically, marketing demand has already changed diversification and individuation, and supply has also changed from seller's market to buyer's market, small batch quantity has become main market requirement. Under these situation, Lean Production with new & advanced concept and practical value, is comprehensively confirmed and applied by many enterprises of all over the world.Core of Lean Production is eliminates all invalid motions and wastes, its objective is settling on excellence and outstanding level, keep enterprise advantage with competing global marketing by continuing to reduce cost, enhance quality, improve flexibility, achieve no-defect and zero-inventory. At the same time, its responsibility accesses to every function of all organization, then set up across-function teams, and promote all team members initiative and talent, to eliminate defect and waste in every location and work process. Advantage of Lean Production not only represents on manufacture system, but also applies on product design and development, coordination, sale marketing and operation management, will acts as a standard global manufacture system later.To mobile manufacture of Tianjin site, because of speeding high demand of mobile order, production space is even bottleneck issue, and has to set several temporary operation locations, so increases middle control process, assemble and equipment layout is unreasonable; in addition production lines frequently cut over, increase waiting time of equipments, reduce equipments utilization ratio, reduce shift ouput and total ouput.This paper is applies technical innovation and integrates operation process on Tianjin Site Back_end location of Mobile Device business of Motorola with Lean Production theory and tools. With two cases, describes VSM, internal / external process conversion and so on, achieve to optimize integrated operation process, improve technique, optimally distribute equipments and work location layout, eliminate invalid motions and wastes, effectively utilize resource, reduce cost, enhance quality, achieve maximal output goal under the minimal input. Two cases will refer to help improvement of location of manufactures.
