As the transfer of world manufacturing center, Chinese manufacturing industry has become a "world factory", and Japan, Germany, as the world’s second largest economy, but the overall level of Chinese manufacturing industry compared with the developed countries gap is bigger, most of the products manufacturing technology content is low, backward technology level, low product added value, and large energy consumption and resource products, poor innovation ability in the enterprise, management level is low, low speed, low labor productivity of capital turnover. If you want to survive in the market competition of global economic integration, Chinese manufacturing enterprises must continuously learn foreign advanced production management thinking, according to Chinese national conditions and bold attempt and practice, to find a suitable for their own development way of change.All over the world in the last century the lean management thought and business process reengineering theory, for our country’s manufacturing enterprises changes bring more effective method. Lean management thoughts can help enterprises to eliminate waste in production manufacturing, reduce inventory, the enhancement enterprise capital flow capacity, and improve the efficiency of management. Business process reengineering theory can help companies to re-examine their own production process, operation and change, part of the blocking process to eliminate blind area in management, make everyone involved in the enterprise, and give play to each person’s subjective initiative, with enterprise common development and progress.This article through to the lean management thought and business process reengineering theory, this paper compares and analyzes found that the two theories on enterprise goal, starting point of change has many similarities, at the same time, the two theories on enterprise change can complement each other, it is using lean management ideas and methods for enterprise’s production process reengineering. Is common for Chinese manufacturing enterprises operating costs high, extensive management, the disadvantages of low efficiency, waste of serious, at the same time in order to reduce the production cost of process reengineering, use lean management ideas for production process reengineering is a more ideal scheme. Himself through the theory and practice, on the basis of in-depth research, application of lean management ideas to YG Company for the production of business process reengineering scheme design, operation and the design principle, implementation safeguard measures, operation has made the detailed specification, finally by the solution after a detailed discusses the evaluation of the feasibility of the scheme.In this paper, not only in the production of business process redesign for YG Company provided the certain basis, but also for the same kind of company in the production and business process reengineering is to provide the corresponding reference.
