With the rise of the new enterprises of high-tech information, man has entered an age of knowledge and economy, and knowledge has become a direct move force of economy and the most important resource of enterprises. As the carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers are becoming the most energetic and potential resource in enterprises. In the age of knowledge and economy, whether from the importance of knowledge or from innovative speed of knowledge, the staff are confronted with the strong pressure to renew knowledge and skills constantly. The competition among enterprises has switched to that among talented workers. Therefore, as long as enterprises reinforce the staff training and better the quality of staff, they can meet the requirement of market competition and society development.Insurance, as a newly-developed trade in the 21st century, has got rapid and deep development in the recent decade. The number of insurance companies and people engaged in insurance sales are becoming more and more. However, poor management and low quality of staff have become the barrier to the further development of China-owned insurance companies for property. Nowadays, foreign insurances can be set up in China directly. Our own insurance companies are facing greater challenges. To our delight, some of our companies has recognized this, and increase the staff training, which makes the quality of staff higher and improve the competition force of companies."The competition in the insurance market comes down to the competition of talents."Especially to knowledge workers in China-owned insurance companies for property, it is crucial to make training and improve their images and sense of trust. The thesis will form a training model for knowledge workers in China-owned insurance companies for property by the use of system method, comparison method, analysis and generalization method, examples and illustration method; on the basis of plenty of researches about training theories coupled with the practice of insurance companies. The purpose is to provide a more systematic and scientific guiding idea for the training and management of insurance companies.The innovative point of the thesis lies in: to give a game analysis to the training of knowledge workers in insurance companies and gain the Nash balance between them; to make China-owned insurance companies for property become knowledge organization through training and explore the influence of learning culture to innovative ability of individuals and enterprises.
