| With the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge has gradually become the most influential force in today’s society, and determines the development trend of society, knowledge economy has become the main form of the current economy. The knowledge-based enterprises are the most representative and life force organization forms in the era of knowledge economy, and also the core power to promote the development of the knowledge economy.In knowledge-based enterprises, knowledge is the most important strategic resources. If the enterprises can make full use of the resources and development of knowledge sharing and innovation, especially on some key resources, will affect the competitiveness of enterprises to a great extent. Employee training is an important means to make the employees master and apply the knowledge resources and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Although more and more knowledge-based enterprises have been aware of the importance of employee training, but because of their own ideas, costs and mechanisms, they haven’t build up their own employee training system which conforms to the enterprise’s own characteristic and the demand, so thetraining effect is often unsatisfactory.On the basis of training theory, this thesis explores the construction of employee training system in knowledge-based enterprises. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the emloyee training in the knowledge-based enterprises, the relevant improvement plan is put forward according to the characteristics of the knowledge-based enterprises and knowledge workers. At the same time this thesis also chose Y company as a representative of the empirical analysis, put forward the countermeasures to construct the system of staff training, hoping to provide help for the future training.This thesis is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose and methods; The second chapter is to explain some basic theory and related concepts, mainly introduces the definition and characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises, knowledge workers, training theory and model; The third chapter is through a lot of literature and information collection of knowledge enterprise staff training analysis, find out the crux of the problem is not to establish a sound system of staff training; The fourth chapter is to build a more perfect staff training system from two aspects of the training system and the security system; The fifth chapter is the case analysis of Y company, Y company’s current emplyee training system for evaluation and analysis, and put forward the perfect solution for its own characteristics; The sixth chapter is to make a summary statement, also discussed the shortcomings in the study and future direction. |
