Research On Employee Training Of Mixed-service Insurance Companies

With the development of mixed operation in Chinese financial industry,the strategy of Chinese insurance enterprises changed from simple insurance product sales to providing comprehensive financial products and services gradually.The existing staff training system of the insurance enterprises has been unable to meet the needs of the integrated and professional personnel training.Based on the analysis of the growth of the mixed insurance enterprises,the current situation of the employees training,the problems of the recent training and the causes of the problems,I optimized the system of the insurance enterprises about staff training from three aspects which are the analysis of the staff training needs,the planning of the training and the evaluation of the effectiveness.Besides,I designed a training system for the integrated financial services consultants in mixed operation insurance enterprises as well as an online-learning system to support training.And the principle about adhering to operating both the first-line marketers “agent system” and the integrated financial services consultant “staff system” has been proposed.The study what I have researched is to provide a reference for the employees training of the insurance enterprises which might transform to a mixed operation.
