In the promotion of economic globalization and information technology revolution,the domestic market economic system gradually improved,human resources has become an important resource for enterprise development,and one of the most important forms of human resource investment for staff training.The face of turbulent change of the environment and the increasingly fierce competition,the enterprise staff training in enterprise management status is more and more prominent,maintain the innovation and profitability of both enterprises,staff also increased the levels of human capital.This should be a win-win process,and in fact,there are many problems in the training work of enterprises,so that the training effect is not satisfactory.M company as a member of China's insurance industry,in order to maintain the competitive advantage,attaches great importance to the training of the employees,over the years continue to invest a lot of manpower,financial and material resources to organize training.However,the current implementation of staff training project of the situation,but there are plans to implement the training system and not in place,training is lack of discipline,training after training is negative feedback,the conversion degree of training results,the mentoring relationship tension,employee turnover and other serious adverse phenomenon,training investment return rate is greatly damaged.Therefore,companies need to find the existing problems in the work of training,to analyze the reasons and take corresponding measures,To improve the implementation of the training environment,and enhance the enthusiasm of employees to participate in training,and improve the efficiency of training.Based on the domestic and international relevant training documents and on the basis of the data,puts forward the research ideas and content for M in the above situation: first from the training plan system,training system,training evaluation system three aspects carries on the introduction of the status quo of corporate training.Through interviews,questionnaire survey,comprehensive analysis method,get the main problems of M company staff training,including training needs analysis of simple unification,not perfect the content and form of training,training instructors should be strengthened,training evaluation system has been lacking.Further analysis of these issues,it is concluded that the causes and training system The degree of development is not perfect,the implementation is not in place and the training idea is relatively backward.Finally,according to the M company training problems and their causes,puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems,such as the establishment of training needs analysis system,strengthen the organization and implementation of training system,evaluation methods improve the training assessment.In this paper,through interviews,questionnaires,observation and comprehensive analysis,subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative combination,as much as possible to get a more comprehensive,true,reliable data;in the analysis of staff training in the problems,both interview training policy makers and implementers.That is part of the company management,and investigation of the training,and the company's employees,so the conclusion is more comprehensive;the results of the questionnaire data analysis,using the statistical principle and SPSS24.0,SPSSAU and other software,in order to get scientific and rigorous employee Perspective The main problem of training.This paper is a preliminary exploration on the topic,through research and practice,the application in the training of employees of M company to gain a lot,but also found some problems,so we need to conscientiously sum up experiences and lessons,improve the relevant theory and practice method,in order to improve the ability to analyze problems,to solve the problem.
