In the complex and volatile market competition environment,traditional product-oriented manufacturing companies can not meet the individual needs of customers.The transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises from "production-oriented manufacturing" to "service-oriented manufacturing" has become an inevitable trend.Service innovation in manufacturing enterprises is a major breakthrough in enhancing corporate value.Employees are the mainstay of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises,and creating more high-quality employees with innovative ideas,skills and knowledge is the key to successful transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Employee training is the main way to shape high-quality and innovative employees,and it is more conducive to improving the service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Based on human capital theory,this paper explores the mechanism of interaction between employee training and service innovation performance.In the era of gradual transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,enterprise performance or innovation performance depends on the development of human resource management activities.As one of the important links of enterprise human resource management activities,It's still unclear about the internal mechanism between employee training and innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Organizational learning is a process in which enterprises respond to the ever-changing external environment and enhance their core competitiveness,playing a vital role in the servitization.Along with organizational learning,the knowledge reserves and skills of enterprise employees will be greatly improved,and the effect of employee training will be brought into play,thereby improving service innovation performance.This paper studies organizational learning as an intermediary between employee training and service innovation performance,and clarifies the internal mechanism of employee training on service innovation performance.This paper firstly reads and integrates a large amount of literature on employee training,organizational learning and service innovation performance,and sorts out the inherent logical relationship between the three,and puts forward the research hypothesis and theoretical model of this paper.Secondly,according to the conceptual model and research hypothesis of this paper,the design,improvement and data collection of the questionnaire are carried out.Again,the valid questionnaires collected were analyzed using statistical analysis software for reliability and validity analysis,regression analysis,etc.,to verify the proposed research hypothesis.Finally,the empirical research results of this paper are summarized.Based on the previous research,the relevant practical suggestions for improving the service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises are put forward,and the research deficiencies and the research directions of the next step are pointed out.The results show that employee training can positively influence organizational learning and service innovation performance;organizational learning and service innovation performance are also positively related;and organizational learning plays a partial intermediary role between employee training and service innovation performance.
