The Research And Information System Implementation Of The Enterprise Group's Performance Management

This study comes from the requirement of marketing and RS10-ERP system. In this paper, deeply study of the theory of enterprise performance management has been made. Also researches the theory of managements and controls of enterprise group. Based on the research, deeply study of the differences and relations between the performance management in enterprise group and the performance management in single enterprise has been made in the circle system of performance management and the elements of the performance measurement, and a new enterprise group performance management model has been promoted.Then, two usual comprehensive evaluation processes has been studied , and one of them has been improved.Beside, a new software system is established, this system integrate with RS10 system which is the ERP system developed by our institute. Based on RS10 system, general design of EPM(Enterprise performance management) system which adopts B/S architecture and J2EE is finished. Also illustrates the difficulties and the emphasis of the implementation technique of EPM system. The main research includes:Deeply research the performance management system of enterprise group.Promote a new model of performance management of enterprise group.Study two usual comprehensive evaluation processes, then improve fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process.A new software system (EPM) is designed, this system integrated with RS10-ERP software system smoothly.Provide enterprise with a set of scientific, effective solution on the performance management of enterprise group, which makes it easier and simpler for enterprises to manage the assessment process, greatly Enhance enterprise' s working efficiency.
