Group corporate, based on the premise of high development of modern enterprise, takes core enterprise as main body through relations of property right and other coupling ties and sets up an economic coalition with many corporate enterprises. The advantage of group corporate is coordinating the relations of enterprises with two forms-market and organization, to realize the mutual complementation of the enterprise organization and market mechanism, thus enhances itself integral function.As an important means of group management and control, performance management plays an extremely important role in the enhancement of group internal management, the effective implementation of group strategy and the improvement of the overall core competitiveness, it is essential for collective control. As for the particularity, internal performance management and control of group corporate is different from the performance management of independent enterprises. The performance management and control of group corporate should cover not only the specific situation of its subordinates, but the actual situation of the parent company and the group corporate itself as well. It is more complex than single enterprise. Currently, in domestic and foreign theoretical researches, there has been some divisions on different performance evaluation patterns, but the decision strategies on performance management and control pattern of group corporate has not been explored yet.In this thesis, basing on abundant researches on domestic and foreign dissertations and enterprise cases, the author borrowed the centralized and decentralized management ideology in group management and control, and proposed three patterns on performance management and control. According to this, the author acquired a summarization of the factors that exert effects on the performance management and control patterns in group corporate. Subsequently, by a combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the author constructed a decision-making pattern of the performance management and control of group corporate, hoping to help group management staff to establish a performance management and control pattern. In the end, the author conducted a case study of Zhenxing Hydropower and Engineering Group Corporation, hoping to make innovations on the theoretical research of performance management and control of group corporate and offer effective suggestions in practice.
