In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises have no choice but to keep on learning to survive and develop in the fast changing environment. Thus study the formative process of organization learning is significant in further practice of organizational learning. This dissertation, adopting hypercycle point, brings forth one of hypercycle model of organizational learning, which can offer some references for national enterprises to practice organizational learning in future.Based on the review of related literature, it first clarifies the key concepts of organizational learning in academic field and its process research situation, and summarizes the specific organizational learning behaviors and influence factors, and the obstacle in it ,then it draws a conclusion about the characteristics and insufficiencies of former academic research.According to the results of investigation, this thesis focuses on the research of the organizational learning based on the hypercycle, the theory of hypercycle is the main theoretical foundation of this the paper, some evolutional viewpoints in the theory guide the management thinking of enterprise. The thesis makes the theory of hpercycle apply to the study of the organizational learning, and hopes to unclose the prelude of the hypercyle and the organizational learning by writing this thesis.Under some assumption, the hypercycle-baseds organizational learning model discusses the interaction and co-evolve process of the whole organizational learning system, which can conquer the limitation of the theory of traditional organizational learning, so that the enterprise can steadily and dominatingly develop and evolve into a hypercycle system of the enterprise in the dynamic environment by its functional coupling ways, consequently building the sustainable strategic flexibility and evolutional ability to the environment. In the end, the paper effectively proves the openness, feasibility, mutation and co-evolution of the hypercycle-based organizational learning model by the case of the Lenovo Company.I hope the paper can make a contribution to the research of the organizational learning theory.
