In the era of knowledge economy,the efficiency of knowledgeacquisition,integration, the human resources have become of vitalimportance. Therefore,enterprises need to adopt effective measures tohighten their employees’ organizational commitment and decrease theturnover intention. A review of related literature indicates that fewresearches have explored what environment is propitious to hightenemployees’ organizational commitment and decrease the turnoverintention, especially empirical study, which leads to lack of effectivemanagement skills when enterprises improve and promote the workattitudes and behavior among staff. This study,therefore,finds itmeaningful to explore the relationship between organization learningculture,organizational commitment and turnover intention.Based on literature review,investigation research and statisticanalysis,the paper aims to explore the logic relationship amongorganizational learning culture,organizational commitment and turnoverintention. Firstly, through literature review and summary,research modeland hypotheses are proposed. Secondly,the paper collect the data byquestionnaire used in this research,and test the reliability and validity ofthe scale. Thirdly,by analyzing the research data with StructuralEquation Model,the hypotheses are examined and the research model ismodified. The results demonstrate that: Organizational learning culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizationalcommitment has a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizationalcommitment has a complete mediation effect between organizationallearning culture and turnover intention. Finally, put forward somemanagement suggestions according to the Conclusions, includingcontinuous learning, inquiry and dialogue, team learning, empowerment,embedded system,system connection and strategic leadership. |
