Along with the rapid development of science and technology, the competitions among different states directly represent the competitions of enterprises in different countries. Because of the growing competition, many enterprises of different countries are making efforts to look for the ways of improving the benefit and reducing costs. 3PL will undoubtedly play an increasingly important role. The development of 3PL has become one of the important symbols to measure a country's comprehensive ability.From the customer perspective, the article studied the evaluation of 3PL's core competitiveness to offer a way of evaluating and improving core competitiveness. Based on the theory of 3PL's customer value, the article combined internal and external recognition of 3PL's core competitiveness. At the same time, on the basis of analyzing systems of 3PL's core competitiveness, the multi-level comprehensive evaluation model was put forward and applied to an example.The paper reviewed the existing theories of core competition and customer value, and analyzed the relationship of them. The article also studied in detail the evaluation of 3PL's core competitiveness based on the theory of customer value, and explored the link and interaction between them. The choice of evaluation methods and the construction of evaluation system were stressed. Finally, the article approved the feasibility of the evaluation model with one example.The article has a certain theoretical reference value to the evaluation and improvement of 3PL's core competitiveness.
