| Since the late 1990s,the problem of third-party logistics has been the hot topic in the economy field in China,and the business and theoretic circles have already made extensive research and practice. However, the discussion of the third-party logistics industry and the core competence of corporation are still not enough.This paper is based on the present situation of the third-party logistics enterprises, the influence factors, and the interaction among various factors, aiming at constructing and evaluating and third-party logistics enterprises core competence, taking the core competence theory and customer value theory as basic theory, from the angle of the customer value, does a research on the framework and evaluation methodology of the core competence of the third-party logistics enterprises,and puts forward the way of cultivating the competence of the third-party logistics enterprises, etc.By researching on the customer service quality gap model and customer demand hierarchy model, the third part of this paper has adjusted the relationship between the customer value and the core competence of the third-party logistics enterprises, and the problem of how they can fuse, and then cleared the basic way of constructing and evaluating of the core competence of enterprises according to customer value identification. This paper has constructed a composition system of the core competence of the third-party logistics enterprises based on the customer value, and decided to take the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which is based on the analytic hierarchy process as the basic method to evaluate the core competence in this paper. Finally, according to the actual surveys and interviews of the third-party logistics enterprises, the empirical analysis of the core competence is completed, and has made satisfying results.This paper is from the angle of the customer value, to construct and evaluate the core competence of the third-party logistics enterprises, which accords with the law of objective economic development. It not only provides a new perspective and research paradigm shift for the third-party logistics enterprises to rethink their internal organization and management, but also provides new ideas for them to research on constructing their core competence. |
