A favorable logistics operation not only increases profit, but achieves satisfying results in perfecting after-sales service, enhancing customers' satisfaction and improving work efficiency, etc. The bottlenecks for the manufacturers' union are the different equipments and operation standards. Some problems appear on the process of establishing the logistics system, such as: unsmoothed information communication, the interminable process, high circulation cost and the overall output is on the low side, and so on. All of such problems lead to the logistics cost can't be reduced effectively, which prevent the development of the enterprises as well as weakening the cooperation purpose and marketing competition competence of the union.By analyzing the dynamic operation theory and relevant supporting technologies for internal and external union, the article demonstrates the necessity and possibility for the manufacturers, how to face the drastic competition and the globe economic integration through the close union. In consideration of the actual requirements for logistics equipments and cooperation platform of domestic medium and mini-sized manufacturers, after detailed and systematic investigation from theory and practice, this article reaches a conclusion accordingly. The article researches the logistics status of internal and external standard systems, finds out the existing problems and gap in domestic studies, then points out the valuable experiences and suggestion. It focuses on theoretic investigation on standard, standardization and its structure, instructed by which, to set up the standards of the union of medium and mini-sized manufacturers on equipments and operation, and plan the standards in detail.On the basis of the overall planning, this article explains the logistics standards of software and hardware. For the software, it should include diction unification, unit standardization, receipt standardization, application bar code standardization and package measurement standardization. For the hardware, it includes pallet standardization, container and forklift standardization, truck loading capacity standardization, storage establishment standardization, and other equipments standardization, unification and cooperation. Only by connecting with international systems and other systems in equipments and operation, could the domestic manufacturers effectively reduce the cost, and enable the standard to play an important role in creating the ultimate economic benefit and social benefit. Effectively reduces the thing to flow the expense, the thing flows the equipment and the operation standard unification system, displays the biggest benefit in the alliance enterprise economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
