The keen competition made many logistics firms change to TPL companies. There came the question of what's the direction of TPL enterprises and how to ensure permanent and stable business. Both questions were concerned by the whole industry. This article made a study on these questions from the angle of a TPL enterprise. Academic circle had directed the position of TPL that was to ally with the core enterprises and to participate into the integration of supply chain. Based on logistics management theories, strategic alliance theories and the previous study, this article expounded on the forming process and method of the alliance.China Shipping Logistics as the perspective of TPL, the article will analysis to the establishment of Logistics Alliance with his customers. Currently, on the basis of the segments of the market, China shipping Logistics develop a focused FMCG Logistics, vehicle logistics, paper logistics, chemical logistics, 4PL.to provide their customers with high value-added services, using his extensive logistics network of sea resources and brand. The article discusses from this point of view, China Shipping Logistics plan to implement Logistics alliance with manufacturing enterprises in further, such as Norsk Pan Asia Paper.First, the chapter on the supply chain, supply chain management theories, as well as third-party logistics enterprises in the supply chain positioning. There will also explain the logistics alliance concept, the nature and classification of focusing on transaction costs and the value chain to analysis. The third chapter focuses on the establishment of China shipping Logistics, especially analysis of the current status of the sea logistics and production enterprises. In view of the future development, how to choose partners, how to proceed with the implementation and how to continuously maintain the continuous development alliance. Chapter 4, the main coalition formed after the analysis of the distribution of interests in logistics, including logistics Union of value creation allocation of benefits, etc. Chapter 5, the Union should focus on the risk of the formation of the logistics, as well as to avoid risk.
