Research On Logistics Operation And Logistics Service Provider Management Of W Enterprise

With the continuous development of the theory and practice of logistics in recent years,most enterprises have realized the importance of logistics in the enterprise management profoundly.In order to focus on improving their core capabilities,more enterprises outsource more logistics business to professional logistics service providers.However,many enterprises do not adopt appropriate and comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate logistics service providers in the selection process in fact.Thus they are faced with a certain degree of operational risk and then causing some losses that should have been avoided.Therefore,the problem to be solved in enterprise management is to evaluate logistics service providers reasonably and make the right choice.Firstly,this paper takes the logistics operation of W production enterprises as an example to study the management system of logistics service providers of W production enterprises.The management system of logistics service providers includes the construction of enterprise logistics service provider resource pool,the selection of logistics service providers and the quality and performance management of logistics service providers.Secondly,it analyzes the logistics operation mode of W enterprise based on the management of logistics service providers,and utilize the GRAI process modeling method to establish the GRAI model of logistics operation process based on the management of logistics service providers.It is diagnosed that the evaluation and selection methods of logistics service providers are difficult to guarantee the lean and agile logistics operation of W enterprise.By analyzing the factors affecting the choice of logistics service providers,a more comprehensive and scientific evaluation system for logistics service providers has been established.On the basis of studying the existing evaluation methods,establish a comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS method.The comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate all logistics service providers in the resource pool to form the initial ranking results.Then,according to the logistics needs of enterprises,the indicators needed for the secondary evaluation are selected,and the improved extension comprehensive evaluation method of partners is used for the secondary evaluation.The decision makers synthesize the results of the two evaluations and selects a more suitable logistics service provider.Enterprise evaluate the service quality and performance of the logistics service providers,and update and replace the logistics service providers in the resource pool within a certain period.And manage the information of logistics service providers to provide the basis for future choice.
