Standardization Construction Of Logistics Management In Retail Enterprises

With the increasingly fierce market competition,reducing logistics cost has become the third profit source "pursue".In the 21st century,the application of logistics management and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has drawn international enterprises' universal attention.Standardized logistics management mode is an important method for retail enterprise to reduce logistics cost and increase the competitiveness of enterprises,the international famous enterprises,such as Wal-mart, COSTCO,Carrefour,Metro are real examples.Based on logistics system study of foreign representative of the retail enterprise,the paper is to state the important role that the standardization of logistics management played on improving the efficiency of retail enterprises and reducing logistics cost,in order to provide theory basis for promoting our retail enterprises' logistics management standardization construction and enhancing its competitiveness.Firstly,the paper stated purpose,significance,research methods in general, secondly,stated relevant theories on standardized logistics and modern logistics standardization technology,then introduced the effect analysis of standardized logistics management,and summarized implementation requirements of standardized logistics management:logistics technology,packaging technology,method,performance of ascension by the application of information technology and problems in the process of standardization management.The paper chose one of the world famous retail enterprises -- Costco Wholesale Corporation as case study.
