| Abstract:Logistics is a relatively open system, which involved in the integration and collaboration of resources. Logistics enterprises standardize logistics service is beneficial for all parties to implement their responsibility. It is also important for promoting efficiency and smooth of logistics operation, improving logistics service levels, optimizing logistics processes and better acting on international convention. Implementation of logistics standardization can make the scientific management achieved effectively, accelerate the construction of logistics systems, reduce logistics costs, and improve economic and social benefits of logistics systems.Those logistics enterprises which are studied by this paper located in private economic zone of Taiyuan. This zone has unique geographical advantages and better traffic conditions, which are conducive to the development of logistics enterprises. In order to provide logistics enterprises with better services, this zone declared as a national logistics services standardization pilot unit in2009.During last5years, they carry out a large amount of relative work.In the support of the private economic zone and considering the actual situation and the features of this area, logistics enterprises applied the architecture diagram of enterprise standard based on plate mode, promulgated and implemented the logistics enterprise standard which covers the standardization of entire service industrial pilot work. In this paper, the standardization of logistics enterprises service in private economic zone of Taiyuan is the object of study. I ranked all logistics companies in this zone, through field survey, data collection, questionnaire, to find out problems happened in the logistics business operations, and I transform the existing standardized index system of logistics enterprises, and refinement indicators applicability and concretely, in order to more conducive to the effective operation put forward the corresponding measures for improvement. |
