Area west coast of Qingdao is the State Council approved the first nine National District,industrial clustering effect is obvious,what greatly promotes the rapid development of the logistics industry,and competition has become more intense.Employee engagement,which one is an important measure of state employees work,refers to employees on the emotional,cognitive and behavioral roles of the extent of investment in the organization and also has a significant positive effect to improve enterprise performance after years of study based.The competition about logistics talent is more and more obvious now.Improving employee engagement of logistics companies and establishing a stable logistics personnel structure are necessary means of logistics enterprises in the area of human resource management,but also the key to enhance the core competitiveness for logistics enterprises.The research use Literature research to collection and study of related literature at home and abroad,to put forward the research hypothesis and research model was constructed to provide data accumulation.Questionnaire: through the questionnaire survey to collect from all kinds of enterprise employee engagement situation.Data analysis: namely by factor analysis,descriptive analysis,data analysis technology such as regression analysis,analysis of the survey data obtained,from which to explore the factors of logistics enterprise employee engagement.The results show that: the psychological characteristics of direct engagement can have a direct effect,but also an indirect effect on the dedication through social recognition.Job characteristics,compensation and benefits,organizational support,training and development,social acceptance,the external dimensions of the opportunity to have an impact on different engagement,and organizational climate on the west coast of Qingdao New Logistics employee engagement has no direct influence.
