Professionalism has always been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, and played a important role during the process of the socialist economic construction. However, by Chinese and foreign scholars widely recognized " employee engagement" concept, is different from the traditional sense of professionalism, it is not a simple combination of loyalty and dedication. But the effectiveness of the Employee engagement which is reflected on the human resources management and system reform of the modern enterprise has attracted many scholars worldwide is a large amount of investigation and research. With the continuous development of market economy, impetuous, short-sighted and utilitarian problems spread everywhere in the whole society. However, most of the Chinese enterprise belongs to the small and medium labor-intensive enterprises, the long-working hour system, intensity workload, Low wage, all of them even make the employee engagement worse.This paper takes Ningbo two "Haidilao" catering company as an example, take the way of the questionnaire, a questionnaire to 200 employees in two Ningbo "Haidilao" restaurant. In the domestic and foreign employee engagement relevant theoretical research and analysis Chinese employee engagement based on impact factors, a questionnaire is designed. The questionnaire includes: the work itself engagement, organizational identification, value identity factors and system factors of four dimensions, 26 problems. The 200 questionnaires were issued, the actual recovery of185 copies, 176 copies of valid questionnaires for actual. Through the preliminary sorting of the data of the questionnaire, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis and factor analysis by SPSS17.0 software. Comprehensive analysis of the results shows that, selfmanagement, vocational perspective, work environment is Ningbo "Haidilao" restaurant employee engagement main influencing factors. Moreover, these factors in the use of properly, can have a positive effect on employee engagement in ascension.Finally, on the basis of data analysis, it is concluded that the Ningbo "Haidilao" employee engagement influence.through the questionnaire showed engagement problem, gives the countermeasures and suggestions. We think through reasonable authorization, perfect selfmanagement, reasonable promotion system and decrease the work intensity, can enhance the enterprise employee engagement.
