Nowadays, keen competition accompany with economic crisis, the competition between companies pay more and more attention on human resources. Managers focus on the individuals in the organization, because human competition has become one of the core competition fields.The concept of Employees Engagement was proposed by Kahn in 1990, the relationships exist among Employee Engagement, profit and human net flow. Scholars and some consulting firms are interesting in the studying of Employee Engagement.In china, People-oriented thinking has been proposed for years, but the study in Employee Engagement is in the initial stage. Many international advisory firms have just launched the research on Employee Engagement in China. However, the diversification of business organization brings some degree of difficulty to the survey of employee engagement.This thesis takes A corporation for example, some of the workers investigated, and analysis the survey results. Firstly, the article describes the background of Employee Engagement. Secondly, this thesis deeply analyses the present situation about Employee Engagement. Thirdly, by questionnaire survey to get the data from workers in A corporation, it takes SPSS11.5 to analyze the data. Fourthly, after the analysis, find some helpful method to improve employee engagement. Finally, the last part summarizes the research, and point out the limitations and the further research direction.
