Thinking Of Advancing The Reform Of The Pension Insurance System Of Civil Servant In Xinjiang

This article utilizes the social security correlation theories, on the basis of the qualitative and quantitative analysis, through to survey present pension insurance system of civil servant in Xinjiang, in view of the question of the pension insurance system of civil servant which appears in the movement, to reform to put forward several proposals to advanced the pension insurance system of civil servant reform.The aim of article lies in, through the establishment and the enterprise staff pension insurance system combination of individual account and overall arrangement unifies the pension insurance system of civil servant, realizes the civil servant right and the voluntary unification and advances the Xinjiang civil servant personnel system the reform, realizes enterprise staff and civil servant's free flowing, reduces the pressure to the finance of Xinjiang by the aging population, promotes the Xinjiang economy sustainable development.This article divides three chapters altogether, the first chapter briefly introduced the present pension insurance system of civil servant in Xinjiang, the second chapter has analyzed the system the main question which exists in the movement on the basis of survey the present pension insurance system of civil servant movement present situation, the third chapter put forward five proposals to advanced the Xinjiang pension insurance system of civil servant reform, using for reference of the advanced experience in advanced area in our country.
