History is a natural course, relative to the reform of the staff pension system in the city companies, the civil servants` pension system of our country is lagging .As the basis and most important system in the social security, the pension system remains undecided .To some point, it restricts the reform. Since the foundation of New China, civil servant's pension system is ensured by the company, but the level of the socialization is low .Since there is no accumulation in the currently existing system, in the condition of the increasing raised proportion and aged tendency of population, the pressure on the financial funds climbing.
