Study On The Old-Aged Insurance System For The Civil Servants

"Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China"was put into effect in 2006, which is considered as the mark of the start of legal system for servants. As a part of the social security system, it's necessary and urgent to reform Welfare Guaranteeing System for the Aged Servants.Nowadays, it's significant to establish the welfare guaranteeing system for the aged servants in a new situation. With the development of economy, this system will certainly match socialist market economic system and affect the development of our national economy; with the development of society, this system will meet the challenge of the aging of population; and if personal system considered, this system is the determinant of the course, development and success of the reform of the administration system, and meanwhile it may deal with the employees'problems and optimize the employees; if diligence and probity considered, the system will help improve the work efficiency of administration departments and avoid the gap between the retired of administration departments and enterprises. So this essay start with studying on welfare guaranteeing system for the aged servants and put forward some personal views and suggestions on the reform of this system based on some theories and examples.
