Any industrial enterprise must be confronted with a long-term task of developing new products, and that the survival and development of enterprises is directly dependent upon whether the development of new products succeeds or not. It is also recognized that the development of new products is characterized by high risk, vague prospect for success and great challenge.This article will study the new product development process reengineering based on the cases in company ETER.Firistly, analysis on new product development process reengineering of company ETER, find out the problem. Secondly, this article uses the framework practically in the research of BPR on company ETER, and the research achieves anticipated result. The article gets description of BPR and set up process's IDEF mode by analyzing present product development process. The article uses method ASME to analyze the time spent on every process and find out the non-value-added action in the process. This article uses method ABC to calculate process's real expenditure.Finally, it design a new process on this base, new process implements the anticipated goal which is to reduce development time and cost.The practice proved, this theory frame the certain guiding sense, may reduce is born again to the enterprise flow has in the implementation process the fault, economical is born again the resources which consumes, guarantees enterprise flow to be born again can smoothly complete..
