With the arrival of information revolution and economic globalization, theorganization’s external environment has undergone tremendous changes. At themoment,the original management pattern is becoming more and more difficult to adaptto the market environment. It is well known that the growth of the enterprise as theproverb goes,"stream, not to advance is to go back". The organization that characterizedby static, not to adapt to the changing situation, not to reform,will struggle to survive.So enterprises must constantly adjust their own internal structure and get innovation ifthey want to develop in the changing market environment.KL electronics is a leading enterprise about the smart grid, new energy, energyconservation and emissions reduction product equipment research and development,production and sales. This paper regard KL enterprises as the research object,it embarksfrom the theory of business process and process reengineering and also conduct aninvestigation about the present situation of electrical measuring division. First of all. weestablished objectives of process reengineering through summarize the analysis ofcurrent process situation and analyze the necessity and feasibility of theimplementation of process reengineering. Next, the enterprise emphasize on the BRP ofthe product development according to the theories and methods of the IPD about theexisting problem.The product development process design is divided into seven stagesnamely product development planning, concept, planning, development, validation,publish and life cycle. We give the detailed instructions for the design activities and thespecific operation of each stage. Then the article also analyzes sales business processand organization structure that is closely related to the product development, moreover,the relevant portion get the process reengineering.Finally, the study found that BPR not only optimize the allocation of resources andimprove the competitive ability of enterprise, but also help it finds some existingproblems during the development. What is more, the enterprise will continuouslyimprove the internal structure and adapt to the changing external environment quickly,in addition, it also will response to the demand of customer rapidly and makeenterprise achieve the rapid development when facing of a constantly changing marketenvironment through deal with those problems.
