The Study On Operation Strategy Of Guangxi Municipality Engineering Ltd.

The study on operation strategy is very important to enterprise existence and development. Guangxi municipality engineering Ltd. is a construction enterprises. To meet the challenges from market competition, the company need to establish a practical strategy which conforms to the external market and fits the inside.In this paper, firstly , the enterprise strategy management theory is discussed , the commonly principles and the research approach of strategic management, and then applies the theories and methods in the management of enterprise development strategy , and evaluates various strategies with qualitative analysis and quantitatire analysis , the company's operation strategy is studid . According to the condition of the construction, applying Miichale .E. porter's five forces analysis and the tools of ETOP , the external environment and internal conditions.After gives the history and status of the company, analyzes the inner factors, including the management, the construction ability of the company. Based on the above analyses, the advantage and disadvantage of the company are defined.On the basis of the company's mission, formulate the company's strategic object. the altemative strategies are proposed from the studies , and then evaluated by SWOT analysis , a development strategy is fomed for the company : ensure the development strategy of focusing in the vertical integration of municipal construction industry . Finally, how to proceed in the implementation strategy is spoken out.
