| The construction of expressways in Guangxi has been advancing rapidly in recent years.At the end of the 14 th Five Year Plan period,China’s transportation infrastructure construction market is expected to shrink significantly,and the expressway market in Guangxi is gradually saturated.In addition,the "three types of enterprises settled in Guangxi" intensifies the white heat of market competition,the rising prices of engineering materials and labor bring about high costs,as well as the continuous impact of the COVID-19 and insufficient potential for development,The existing market layout may be the biggest dilemma for the enterprise in the future,with both opportunities and the challenges.The expressway project increased in Guangxi mainly promotes the construction cooperation mode of "financing+EPC",which not only reduces the construction profits,but also increases the financing pressure of construction enterprises.The cost of bidding projects lacks core competitiveness,and the difficulty of market development outside Guangxi is increasing.Facing the fierce competitive environment,this dissertation adopts the form of combining theory and practice,recombines the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi Road Construction Group in the development process,and formulates the enterprise development strategy.Facing the fierce competitive environment,this dissertation adopts the form of combining theory with practice.Firstly,it combs out the opportunities and challenges of its outside situation of Guangxi Road Construction Group through PEST analysis model and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,and uses EFE for quantitative evaluation.The results show that the current strategy does not make the effective use of development opportunities in its external environment,External threats have not been effectively avoided;Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of Guangxi road construction group are sorted out from the two aspects of enterprise resources and ability,and the quantitative evaluation is carried out by IFE.The results show that the Internal disadvantages are less than advantages;Then,the key elements are combined through SWOT analysis matrix to form alternative overall strategy and competitive strategy;Finally,according to the QSPM analysis and evaluation results,the overall strategy of Guangxi road construction group should choose the diversification strategy,and differentiation strategy should be chosen by competitive strategy,then it formulates the specific implementation measures and guarantee measures of the strategy.Finally,by combing the full text,this dissertation puts forward the main conclusions of the dissertation and the direction of further improving the research next stage.The research process of this dissertation is conducive to Guangxi road construction group to correctly evaluate its own situation.This research conclusion are advantageous to promoting Guangxi road construction group to more effectively allocate enterprise resources and enhance enterprise competitiveness. |
