| Construction engineering industry is a centuries-old but modern industry, Since China adopted reformation and open policy, the construction industry has experienced great and profound changes. With the establishment and development of socialism market economy, construction engineering industry has also generating its bloom, to play a more and more important role in country's economic development.This paper though strategy research on a large construction company, Shenzhen Zhongxing, not only to develop strategy setting and implementation scheme for the next ten years for Shenzhen Zhongxing, also attempts to provide reference for the strategy research of other large construction engineering companies.Firstly expatiate the current situation and development trends of China and international construction market, then through detailed analysis on the external macro and micro environment, internal capabilities and competitors, also by applying SWOT analysis to Shenzhen Zhongxing, to explicitly define the strategy choices for Shenzhen Zhongxing for the next ten years.Given the clear set up of Shenzhen Zhongxing's strategies, four issues which must be solved are also be raised, they are: corporate ownership reformation and improvement of corporate governance, multi-industrial strategy, internationalization strategy and hurman resources strategy . By analyzing the current situation and existing insufficiency, with combination of modern managerial theories, the author's viewpoints therefore be elucidated. |
