| Construction enterprises are facing with greater operating difficulties due to the slowdown in fixed asset investment、fierce competition and the downturn in the real estate industry in recent years.Construction enterprises must identify their strategic position in the market,then formulate and implement the competition strategies and development strategies in order to adapt to the new situation of the construction industry.This paper studies the development strategy of Guangxi Shenggong Construction Co.Ltd by using these models of PEST、VRIO and SWOT.The Company should choose SO strategy to achieve sustainable development.The development strategy has three meanings.First is to achieve professional development in hydraulic engineering construction and municipal construction projects in key cities in Guangxi.Second,the company should take action to the county market and implement "county surrounded city" strategy,and maintain good working relationship with local government and subcontractors for the purpose of expanding the county market share.Third is to build a comprehensive and efficient "project management value chain",enhance value recognition and management ability,and gradually develop into a well-known architectural construction enterprise.The company should take measures to ensure the implementation of the development strategy,including strengthening project contract management,optimizing the quality management,using new construction and information technology,building a team of high quality personnel,and improving corporate culture. |
