In 1870, France became the first stepped into the aging society after the industrial revolution time in the world based on the population over 60 years old is 12% of its total population. In succession, there are more than 50 nations, such as Sweden, Norway, Denmark, etc., entered into the aging era. From the 1980s, especially with the initiation of the reform and opening-up driven, our country economy had gained great development, and people's standard of living step up. However, the pace of aging has been speeded up. By 2000, the amount of elderly over the age of 60 accounted for 10% of the total population in our country and our nation entered into aging era.All those show the aging of the population becomes a protruded problem for social development, and elderly support becomes an important problem that can't be ignored.The current situation and dilemma of our country's elderly support organization and the necessity of organization being socialized are analyzed in this paper, and based on examples from some foreign countries and some more successful cases, and the knowledge of organization management, marketing, strategic theory, the management mode, the relevant support policies and the financing channels of the urban social elderly support organization are discussed. Then, according to the situation of elderly and elderly support organization, the market demands of social support organization in Xiamen City are analyzed, and the management mode of elderly support organization suitable for Xiamen City is presented to illustrate our results.As presently the government does not have enough economic strength and the society does not have good social welfare system, so our conclusion is that based on the social forces to build elderly support organizations is...
