On The Rural Elderly Caring Issues Based On Aging Population

In recent years,China's aging population problems,followed by the pension problem and hampered development of a orderly society,now,become increasingly worse.It is a common phenomenon that there are more young migrant workers leaving their hometowns.Such a situation is caused by urbanization process.With rural empty-nest elderly increases,the traditional family old-age care is weakened.However,due to the slow development of rural old-age pension and career service system,the elderly health care and life care and spiritual demand are failed to be supplied;so the rural endowment is being challenged.Therefore,for a harmonious society development,it is essential to meet the basic demand of their life,physical health,mental comfort,as well to properly solve the pension problems caused by aging population.With a start of problems of rural old-age endowment,the paper elaborates the definition,concept and theoretical basis of pension,and on the basis of the national rural endowment conditions,field investigation is carried out in Fengjie county of Chongqing City with the current situation and the reasons of rural elderly care is combed;at the very end of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions on this issue is proposed,with the hope of alleviating the situation.Generally,to alleviate the issue,it is important to take the service system of living at home-based,relying on community,institution supplement,combined with health care.Through the government macroeconomic regulation and market regulating role of the market,promoting social participation enthusiasm on the issue,so as to promote the construction of old-age pension system with coordination between urban and rural areas,strengthening the sense of happiness and satisfaction rural elderly as they getting to participate in social life;to change their traditional ideas,and reduce dependence on family pension,encourage to undertake the caring model of living at home-based,mutual assistance-oriented.
