Being the first foreign invested company limited by shares in China's telecommunications industry with AT holding 50%+1 shares and the Chinese shareholders holding the remainder. It was born through integration between the former B company and AT's key business unit in China. From the formal operation of B Company in 1984, till the foundation of A in 2002, A has been in China for 23 years, it experiences all the development of Chinese telecommunication. A has played very important role in this field. It is true that A has very profound accumulation in technology and capital; it should have gone forward forever and get more and more success. However, in the cruel competitive circumstances, A faces a very critical place, it seems to stop the development, and more and more new competitors exceed A and even thing A is not a noteworthy competitor. Why A comes to the current situation? Why the ever honor leaves A? It is a very important question, and the answer will tell us how to get A out of the jam and get the success back.As many experts tell us, human is the most valuable resource in enterprise, human is the most crucial factor to the success of enterprise.
