In the era of knowledge explosion,The competition between enterprises,is in factof the competition of talents,Talents have become a source of building the corecompetitiveness of enterprises and an important factor。How can companies retaintalent,And to attract outside talent to join the enterprise staff,you should develop a setof scientific, fair, competitive, taking into account the interests of the enterprise and thestaff salary system。The establishment of the compensation system can stimulate staff’swork enthusiasm and initiative,To make the staff to work hard,To achieve the strategicgoals of enterprises,Can establish a good corporate image and brand。Based on this, the author adopts the method of questionnaire, interview andcomparative analysis, the current compensation system of LY coal enterprises isanalyzed and the research, found that the enterprise many of the problems existing inthe current salary management system, already can not adapt to the needs of thedevelopment of enterprises. Therefore, the author in the compensation managementsystem combing and summarized on the base of existing research results, targeted putforward the improvement project of compensation system, the scheme not only for LYexisting coal enterprises jobs has carried on the value analysis, divides the critical andnon-critical job, and combining the compensation system and performance appraisal ofenterprises, effectively stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm, improve work efficiency. Atthe same time, the research of this paper has important theoretical significance andpractical significance, the research of this paper further enrich the theory ofcompensation management system, at the same time retain employees of LY coal enterprises, attracting external outstanding employees, with the goals of enterprisedevelopment strategy is of great realistic and guiding significance.
