Actually, Enterprises Competition is the talents Competition. Salary is the most important element to attract the talent. Hence, a full set of reasonable, efficient compensation system is one of the most significant element for sustainable development of the enterprise.From the actual production of FS company, with the theories of HR and management, and acknowledges in enterprise strategy and compensation management, this paper will identify the problems of the existing system though in-depth analysis of the salary system of FS company; this paper develop a salary management system by referring to literatures, interview, and questionnaire to research.The new compensation system changed the salary system by ranking and aging. This new system has integrated the personal job, team and personal performance together, which has kept the fair for the salary allocation. Although this system has been promoted for the FS Company, this theory is universality. Hence, this system can be used for reference by other companies. |
