| Human resources is an important factor in the development of today's enterprises,and career management,as a core problem throughout human resources management,play a key role in the common development of enterprises and employees.The aim of strengthening of employee career management,coordinating the development of enterprises and employees,and unifyng enterprise and staff development goals,is to improve the core competitiveness,maintain an important means of sustainable and rapid development.With the further reform of state-owned enterprises,more and more state-owned enterprises have been fully aware of the importance of employee career management.In this paper,based on Aerospace Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.Harbin Fenghua,where the author worked,the author applies the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis of research methods.By raisining questions,analyzing the problem,solvingthe problem,the author explores the state-owned enterprise employees' career management.First of all,starting from the theoretical research and practice at domestic and abroad,the author systematically introduces the basic concept and theoretical connotation of career management,including career,career planning,career managemen t and career management,with a comparative analysis of the Practice of Career Management.And then the author briefly introduces the company's corporation profile and the status of human resources.By analyzing the current situation of the company's career management,identifying the existing problems,and analyzing the causes of the problem,the author attempts to improve the design.Besides,with the company management,professional skills and skills to operat ion,the author extends and broadens the growth channel,clearly refines the terms of service,in order to establish a new staff post growth channel system.Subsequently,in the organization and implementation of the process of testing the application effect,the author tries to solve the real problem,supplemented by pay distribution,performance management and education and training and other supporting system reform,aiming to protect the staff career management work to achieve tangible results,and strive to improve staff career development and organizational development strategy of unity,build a sustainable career for the staff,promote the growth of employees,smooth staff growth channel in the traditional industrial manufacturing enterprises,and stimulate all kinds of talent potential to explore a new path to achieve the strategic goal of strong enterprises. |
