Marketing specialist is the key element that has straight relationship with the benefit of companies, it connects with market directly, and marketing specialist can grasp the marketing tendency timely and consderately. The faultiness of salary system will lead to the lack of exterior compentence and interior unfairness. So companies must pay much attention to marketing specialists and raise the cost on marketing specialists. On the basis of maintaining the level of life, companies should the passion of its employees. Under this general background, by analyzing the present condition of salary system of those companies that manufacture new submetals, grasping the basic suitation of marketing specialists and the discussion about the shortage of salary system, combining with the salary theories, according to the essence of clients and the produtions of companies design applicable salary system.
