In this paper, a combination of theory of knowledge of organizational behavior, labor economics, human resources management, to take theoretical research, surveys, empirical studies, comparative analysis and other methods, from TK Group's status quo, to the TK Group's development strategy as the guide posts, from the qualification, post-point design, performance evaluation standards, to study and design performance-oriented salary system for TK Group.The studies were divided into the following sections:First of all, the analysis of the development strategy of TK Group to find out the key factor in support of business strategy to achieve, pointing out the effect that the management salaries for the entire Group development strategy, defining the importance that the management salaries for the entire Group development strategy.Secondly, to lay the theoretical basis for the design of TK Group's salary system according to the studies of development, status quo and the development trends of the theory of management salaries and encouragement. In-depth analysis of the organizational structure of the TK Group, the pay system, the performance management of the status quo on the basis of the TK Group to find out the relationship and existing problems between the pay system in the salary structure, the function of incentives, pay the market competitiveness in areas with corporate strategy, clear salary system design principles, methods and the implementation of measures. Then, describe the work processes of design, define the basic procedures, analysis the background of salary reform, and carry out market surveys and internal investigation, the preparation of the new salary system implementation and steps to develop the design program based on the performance-oriented.Finally, compared and analyzed the new project with the old, investigate the evaluation of employees for the new pay system and correction it, refer to the experience for similar businesses.
