Research On Enterprise Credit Supervision In Base Of Administration For Industry & Commerce

The modern market economy is the economy characterized by credit and honesty. In China, with the development of its socialist economy, the importance of credit is becoming increasingly outstanding. As the micro basis of market economy, enterprise constitutes the entity of market price relationships, supply and demand relationships, as well as competitive relationships, whose behaviors have a direct bearing on the economic order. In this case, enterprise credit is the foundation and core for building socialist credit system. However, it shall not be ignored that during the transition to the market economy, driven by economic interests, the credit deficiency of enterprises is becoming more and more serious, such as the frequent contract breach, faith breaking, the market being flooded with counterfeit and inferior commodities, and the high non-performing loans. This has hidden huge risks and dangers for the development of China's socialist economy.This paper has applied the theoretical tools of information economics and transaction fees, combined with demonstration checks, elaborated the status quo and the roots of the credit deficiency of enterprises in present China, and pointed out the necessity of the presence of government departments in enterprise credit management through setting up game model argumentation in China where credit system construction is yet to be perfected. Then it integrates with the working experience, based on the industrial & commercial administrative management departments, putting forward the functional, resource and institutional advantages possessed by industrial & commercial departments in carrying out enterprise credit supervision. Analysis and research have been made on the existing problems facing the current supervision work, and a number of suggestions have been forward to further perfect the industrial and commercial economic household construction, to push ahead separate enterprise supervision and market-retreating mechanism, to enhance penalty measures for faith breaking, to explore credit recovery system, and to accelerate enterprise credit information combination and opening, with the purpose of improving the supervision work and promoting the establishment of credit management system in China.
