In March 2010, China advocated to strive to cultivate and develop strategic new industry, preferentially develop new energy, new material, energy-saving and environment-friendly technology, biomedicine, information network and high-end manufacturing industry, and offer more investment and better policy to support the strategic new industry.Located at the center of the Zhujiang River Delta area, and engaged in R&D, manufacturing and sale of new material applications, Silver Age Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd. is facing a rare historical opportunity and at the same time encountering the challenges of rise of price of raw materials and labor costs. Manpower is the key for an enterprise to change from"manufacturing"to"soft manufacturing", especially to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the people. An effective performance management system not only has the function of guiding, but also restraining the employees of the enterprise. Meanwhile, it has an irreplaceable function to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the people. Therefore, the research on the performance management system has great significance for Silver Age Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd. to achieve its leap-forward development.In this thesis, through a complete and systemic investigation to the performance management system of Silver Age Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd., and based no each sector of the performance management, the author has conducted deep analysis on two aspects, the organization performance management and employee performance management, and has disclosed the current state and feature of the performance management system of Silver Age Sci & Tech Co.,Ltd.. In the Research Report, by linking theory with practice and based on the analysis to the current state of the existing performance management, the author has fully taken into consideration the new requirements for performance management brought forward by internal and external environments, and has provided definite advices to improve each sector of organization performance management and employee performance management, and has also provided its trend of development: the networking and strategic approach to performance management.
