In the modern market economy times, the competition between enterprises is not just the reflection of the tangible products like what was in the past time. It is more invisible competition that attaches in products, including the factors of brand value and after-sales service, etc. However, basically speaking, the competition is showed by the management level of enterprises, even a reflection upon the level of the strategic human resource management. Modern enterprises managers have paid more attention to human resources, which plays a decisive role in the future advancement of the enterprises. As proved by the market for many times, only those who really put up the concept of human resources to the core of the strategies of the enterprise management will gain a foothold in the market. Almost about 40 years reform and open policy in our country, roles of transitional foreign companies have been continuous changed in the background of the market in China. At the present time, the transitional companies funded in China have made changes from Chinese government investment promotion and capital introduction to a real transitional resource management mode. From simple to complicate, extensive to intensive and labor to intellectual resources, more awareness of foreign companies in China must be paid to the transformation of human resources. From the long-term view, as the rising of the comprehensive qualities of China's labor resources, foreign companies must pay more attention to the human resources to enhance the position in the market. Thus, how to create the maximum benefit value within the equivalent of time and capital as well as labor force is worth giving cause for concern. The performance management theory of human resource management will be more widely used in the end.As a transitional group enterprise, the dissertation based on C Company integrated from the research to sales of the products, how to establish the proper strategies is the key to improve the performance of the whole organization. In the meanwhile, the strategies should combine with different local labor force characteristics. The thesis chooses C Company as the study object, discussing type of intelligence and labor human resources separately, which is in the combination of conducting a reference of literature and other scientific research methods. Ultimately, through making in-depth analysis of the reasons of the problems, a series of suitable transitional human resource management strategies of C Company will be carried out.
